Does adult literacy in our community affect you? Find out as you enjoy a free, delicious breakfast and inspiring words from neighbors whose lives have been changed by Peninsula READS.

HOW WILL IT WORK?

Our plans are still coming together, as a drive-in breakfast is new for us, but we're aiming for this basic format:

  • At the parking lot entrance, you'll receive a program, pledge card, coffee and bagged breakfast

  • You'll be guided to a parking space

  • Before the event starts, you'll tune your radio to 102.5FM for a live sound feed of the speakers.

  • You'll hear from a keynote speaker and successful learner, among other speakers, up on the stage.

  • Near the end, you'll be notified of the time to pull out your pledge card and make a gift to Peninsula READS. Be sure to bring your checkbook (credit card gifts can also be used by writing the numbers on your card)

  • You'll be thanked and have a chance to turn in your pledge card as you depart

CAN'T MAKE IT? YOU CAN STILL MAKE A GIFT!

YES, YOUR GIFT IS TAX DEDUCTIBLE!

Thank You to Our Sponsors!

Breakfast Registration

Please arrive between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m., so we can guide you to a parking spot and serve your breakfast to your vehicle before starting the program. Together, let’s build stronger families and a stronger community by supporting adult literacy.
